Pete & Gabi was born out of our necessity—because we had to solve the same problems every business leader faces. So we built a platform that could actually ease the pressure on our teams and deliver results. What started as a solution to our own chaos is now helping teams everywhere work smarter, feel better, and win more—because when people thrive, businesses do too.
As founder and CEO of Peterson Technology Partners, I’ve spent nearly 28 years helping Fortune-caliber companies build teams in Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Science, and AI. Along the way I watched our own recruiters and sales teams burn hours dialing numbers, chasing voicemails, scheduling and logging notes, only to see low conversion rates drain productivity and slow growth.
Rather than accept that as the cost of doing business, we built on PTP’s decades of staffing expertise to develop a solution that delivered results, then brought that proven approach to market as Pete & Gabi. We engineered two proprietary AI voice agents, Rebecca and Olivia to transform talent acquisition and sales outreach, cutting time-to-hire by 80% and turning dormant leads into qualified opportunities at scale.
What began as an internal fix is now a patent-pending platform (U.S. Patent App. No. 19/267,468) that helps organizations hire faster, recover lost revenue, and let teams focus on real relationships.

Nikunj Patel is a technology leader specializing in AI engineering and the architecture of autonomous, agentic systems. He focuses on designing modular, scalable infrastructures that bridge the gap between complex AI orchestration including LLMs and real-time voice (STT/TTS) technologies and tangible operational problem-solving. By integrating advanced automation into workflows, he transforms manual processes into data-driven, autonomous systems.
Nikunj holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and is dedicated to fostering collaborative, high-performance environments that prioritize rigorous technical execution and impactful innovation.
Jay Patel is a Full-Stack AI Developer specializing in AI-powered hiring and recruiting technology. He builds scalable systems that automate key recruitment workflows, including candidate sourcing, screening, ranking, and shortlisting. With expertise in agentic AI, real-time candidate discovery, and recruitment automation, Jay develops user-focused solutions that help hiring teams reduce manual work, evaluate candidates more efficiently, and improve the overall recruitment process.
