POC Strategy

  • Objective: To optimize potential for reactivating and converting interest into live sales conversations by finding and engaging with B2B clients who have not purchased from the client from the database. 

  • Call Script: Customers were identified via calling scripts that started with introduction and were offered discounts .
     
  • Call Handling: Previous contacts will have been created with a record of how many times that contact had previously availed of our service to place an order. The calls were connected to our sales department and all details about the contact were placed into a centralized system. 

  • Data Hygiene: The team had to make updates to the CRM for every contact who received both a human-assisted call and an AI-assisted call before updating dispositions to prevent any additional confusion with open cases and the follow-up calls. The updates occurred immediately after each follow-up. 

  • Reporting: Sales Reps had their contact’s disposition automatically entered into the CRM along with a summary of the call and seamlessly generated a list of warm leads from the calls to follow up on after each call.
