Strategic Approach for Campaign:

  • Objective: Identify dormant B2B prospects in the client’s database (individuals who stopped ordering at least through defined time limits), to maximize the potential for re-activating them. 

  • Script Content: The script should lead off with an emotional connection (warm re-introduce), establish intent for transacting via 2 qualifying questions, provide a reason to purchase (time sensitive offer), and verify the contact’s information. 

  • Call Distribution: Our client had 7630 records in the campaign. To avoid overloading their Sales Team, calls were strategically distributed across call extensions and scheduled to allow their Sales Team to handle calls. When the call connected with a live agent, the live agents were connected directly to an available agent. When a call could not be connected to a live agent, we would book (handle) the call go any spare or future slots available and call back the lead. 

  • Data Hygiene: For every answered call, the CRM was updated in real time with disposition notes, contact status and next steps, to ensure that no leads fell through the cracks after the AI handoff was completed. 

  • Reporting: Call outcome summaries were automatically generated after each call was completed, allowing sales teams to have clean prioritized views of leads that are warm, said they would buy at the next scheduled meeting and follow up leads with no manual input by sales teams.
