The Challenge:

There were huge pools of inactive accounts and there were customers who had not purchased anything from our client's business within the past 6 months to 2 years but still existed as a potential customer base. The traditional methods for reactivating these inactive accounts did not scale, including manual dialing that required sales resources and the odds of successfully reactivating these accounts were low. Email campaigns did not generate responses from stagnant customers, and CRM system data was out-of-date.

The Solution:

Pete & Gabi's Outbound AI calling agents were deployed to different segments of dormant accounts. The first campaign was completed with a total of 953 contacts and an engagement rate of 30% with 285 conversations, resulting in 19 live transfers and 12 scheduled callbacks. The second campaign was delivered to 1,260 contacts with an engagement rate of 10% with 130 conversations, resulting in 8 live transfers and 22 scheduled meetings. While there were differing levels of engagement represented in terms of list age and industry vertical for each campaign, both delivered a very viable sales opportunity, generating qualified sales leads with a conversion rate of 3.25% on engaged leads.

  • Target: Inactive B2B accounts in the client’s distribution database starting from 6 months to 2 years .

  • Script: Promote urgency through a deadline-conscious giveaway, explain how to be able to move forward, check that you have a match, and quickly remind them of your company. 

  • Routing: Each of these programs will be implemented over 30 days, to maximize the amount of calls to customers without burdening the sales team .
